Hershberger Heritage Farm is bringing fresh chicken at last!!! If you’ve never had Hershberger’s chicken you won’t believe the incredible difference between this chicken, and every other chicken you’ve had! The amazing difference is the great pasture every day. These birds are on fresh green grass, outside in the sunshine instead of in a dark and dusty building. This type of agriculture is built around helping the animals to nourish the pasture and then the pasture in turn nourishes us sustainably. They bring fresh chicken on a near weekly basis including whole birds and cuts like boneless skinless breast, whole legs, wings and 6 piece grill packs. Get it while it lasts! This yummy local treat sells out regularly! Hershberger Heritage Farm will also have organic eggs, beef and pork cuts.Other highlights this week include 2 new Part-time Vendors:

"My daughter Nari was born with many severe food allergies including gluten, dairy, beef, pork & nuts. Nari’s allergies are the reason why I pushed myself into an entirely new direction with my cooking. I grew up with various allergies of my own so I understand the challenges of trying to find comfort foods minus the allergens. Nari is now 19 and away at college. She is and will always be my original dumpling."
