Yardley Farmers Market Coronavirus Update:
Market Sales & Pre-Orders
Buttonwood Park, 9am to 12pm
Customers can make onsite purchases of food at the vendor's tables. Some vendors are offering pre-ordering and pick-up as well. Vendors will be wearing masks and gloves (or using sanitizer on bare hands) between customers or tasks. Plus, when you shop at a Farmers Market, you are purchasing food from the very people who produce it.
The farmers and vendors who are participating on Saturday, July 11th market, including pre-order instructions, are provided in our weekly E-News, which can be viewed HERE.
Most farmers and other vendors are weekly, but a few are bi-weekly or monthly. See our Summer Vendor page for a full listing. While we observe the Governor's COVID-19 mandate for face coverings in public places, it is our policy to require face covering for vendors, volunteers and customers. We extend our thanks for the vendors and customers who continue to make our farmers market a safe convenient place to shop for healthy, fresh food. Our Customer Guideline are below. Together, we will protect each other.
COVID-19 CUSTOMER GUIDELINES
The following guidelines are designed for social distancing and limiting crowds. Your cooperation in observing these hours is greatly appreciated.
1. 9am to 9:30am - for seniors and those with underlying health issues, caregivers or order pick-ups. Please observe this restriction to protect those most vunerable. All other customers can purchase or pick-up between 10am to 12pm.
2. Wear a covering over your mouth and nose and maintain at least 6 ft. between you and other customers.
3. Please bring your own hand sanitizer to use between visiting vendors. We will have a limited supply of sanitizing hand wipes for customers and a hand washing station at the Market Table.
4. If possible, please send only one person from your household pick up your food, and while we love our furry friends, leave them home for now. This helps crowd control and maintaining social distancing.
5. Please refrain from touching food unless you are purchasing it.
6. Please stay home if you are feeling sick at all.
Thank you for your continuing cooperation and support!
Be sure to check this website, Facebook and/or Instagram for updates and changes to these procedures.
