Liberty City Roasters
A great cup of coffee is more than a beverage or a pick-me-up. As with other culinary delights, coffee can create a smile, a sigh, a pause that briefly removes us from the routine of our busy lives. Each sip may be truly savored.
This is our mission and our goal: sourcing the best beans, roasting them in small batches by hand, and getting the final fresh product to you as quickly as possible.
Our vegetables are grown using organic methods and have been since 2007. We believe that healthy land grows healthy food and healthy people. We offer seasonal vegetables, chickens & eggs.
We believe that eating locally from small scale organic growers is the healthiest way to eat. It's better for our environment, it bolsters our local economy and helps to protect worker's rights and animal welfare. We hope that you will choose to eat locally with us or others.
With a background cooking in restaurants, as well as in a chocolate kitchen, MECHA marries the two to offer sweet, salty and savory confections. Mechas will return late August time frame (chocolate isn't happy in the heat of the summer)

Rosie's Gourmet Gluten Free Vegan Bakery
Rosie’s Gourmet Gluten Free and Vegan Bakery was founded by a nutritionist turned baker! Owner, Taylaur Pasquale, believes that just because you have a dietary restriction or preference, does not mean your dessert life should be limited to a couple of boring choices. That is why at her booth you will be able to choose from a variety of baked goods in handcrafted, gourmet flavors, utilizing local and seasonal ingredients. Starts October 14 through Nov. 21 (except for Oct. 31st)
Saucy's Kitchen is the lifelong dream of owner Lynne Coulter, whose passion for food started when she was a young girl cooking in the kitchen on Sunday afternoons with her mother and grandmother. About three years ago, Lynne's cooking approach underwent a change when her husband became vegan and her daughter pescaterian, while her son remained a meat eater. Finding ways to feed her family on busy weeknights and making her traditional family recipes appealing to all three palates was a puzzle and challenge she fully embraced. Each week Lynn prepares a rotating menu of delicious vegan, vegetarian and meat based dishes.
(monthly vendor - 2nd Sat)

While juggling a career and raising her family, ShoSho's founder, Mary James, wanted a healthy, natural snack to give her family. The resulting product, ShoSho's Kitchen Granola, quickly caught the attention and demand of family, friends and neighbors. ShoSho's Kitchen Granola is a bi-weekly vendor)
